Onboarding Set Up Fee
We'll set up your books, organize your accounts, and get everything ready so you can start with confidence.- Our team will be very busy the first 30-60 days after you become a client.
First, we provide you with a “Welcome Packet” that summarizes the entire process so you are constantly in the know.- We collect and meticulously review the information you provide and customize your client setup and portal to your particular business.
- We review and reconcile all your accounts to ensure we are starting with clean baseline numbers.
- We research your industry and custom design your monthly report packet to ensure we provide you with useful and insightful numbers and information.
- We allocate our best staff and resources to your onboarding project to get you up and running as smoothly as possible.
- This, of course, requires a lot of inquiries, documents, and time from you and your staff (we apologize in advance:) Please know that we try to use the latest and most user-friendly technologies we can find to make this process as painless as possible. Monthly Additional Bank, Credit Card, or Loan Accounts
- How many times have you reconciled your bank, credit card, or loan account and been off by a few pennies? We feel your pain. Reconciling accounts can take lots of time and meticulous attention to detail. Growth usually means more business transactions, more bank accounts, and additional credit tools and thus more reconciliations each month.
- With Storybook, you are not asked to upgrade to a more expensive service package with services you don’t need as you grow. You simply add the services as you need them one at a time. We think this makes more sense. We handle those additional reconciliations and promise we will find those few pennies every time!
